Online ECU Programming

Lexus V8 swaps. Worldwide.

Free Demo Available

ECU modifications.
Online flashing.

We prepare it. You flash it.

A calibration prepared for your Lexus V8 swap. Flash your supported ECU yourself from your own workshop — anywhere in the world.

One agreed DTC. A real ECU flash. Test the process before committing to the service. Compatibility and the exact demo change are confirmed first. Demo details

Interface required: Mongoose or OpenPort, plus a Windows computer. Check equipment requirements

No remote-desktop session. No ECU shipping for supported applications.

One agreed DTC. A real ECU flash.

Test the complete flashing process — for free.

Our free demo removes one agreed diagnostic trouble code (DTC) from a supported calibration. You use the online application to flash that demo calibration to your ECU and complete verification. It is a practical way to test the system and build confidence before arranging further modifications.

This is actual ECU programming, not just a screen demonstration. We confirm your ECU, equipment and the exact eligible DTC change before you start. Correct wiring and stable power are required throughout.

The demo is not a complete custom calibration. Suppressing a DTC does not repair a wiring, sensor or mechanical fault. The same service eligibility and compliance requirements apply.

Itemised services. An agreed total.

Choose the modifications you need.

Paid calibration work is quoted as individual services, not one blanket price. We review your requested changes, confirm what your ECU supports and provide an itemised quote. The total reflects all the modifications agreed for your application.

Immobilizer delete

Supported immobilizer configuration for your ECU and intended application, subject to ownership and application checks.

Manual-transmission configuration

Supported configuration work for a manual application. The required changes depend on the ECU and setup; masking transmission DTCs alone is not treated as a complete conversion.

Throttle response

Application-specific pedal and throttle-response changes where the calibration supports them.

Torque-reduction changes

Relevant torque-management changes where supported and suitable for the engine and transmission. This is not a blanket removal of protective functions.

Other supported calibration modifications can be added to the quote. Several agreed services may be combined in one prepared calibration. We confirm the scope and total with you before proceeding with paid work.

Not every modification is available for every ECU. The free demo tests the flashing workflow; it does not validate the performance or drivability of later modifications.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your ECU details

Send a clear ECU-label photo, part number, calibration ID if known, engine, transmission and intended application. Tell us what you want changed.

  2. 02

    We confirm the service

We check compatibility, confirm the equipment and preparation required, agree the work, and arrange your account access and flash allowance.

  3. 03

    Connect your equipment

Use the approved Windows setup, install the Lexus V8 Local Bridge and interface driver, and connect the ECU with the correct wiring and stable power.

  4. 04

    Program & verify

Sign in, use your assigned calibration and follow the application through identification, compatibility checks, programming and verification. Follow every ignition prompt.

Before you start

What you will need

This is a web-guided service, with a local connection to your ECU. A browser alone cannot program the ECU.

  • A compatible Windows computer
The current programming bridge and supported interface drivers require Windows. Native macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android flashing are not supported.
  • A J2534 programming interface is required
Currently supported interfaces are Mongoose and OpenPort. Confirm the exact model, driver and ECU protocol with us before buying equipment. A generic Bluetooth OBD reader is not a programming interface.
  • Other interfaces need testing first
We can consider additional interfaces, but they must be tested before being listed as supported — especially for target-data retrieval. Successful connection or basic diagnostics alone does not verify target-data retrieval or flashing compatibility.
  • Lexus V8 Local Bridge installed
The bridge links the website to the programming interface on your computer. It is not remote-desktop software.
  • Vehicle flashing uses manual ignition
With a compatible J2534 interface, you follow the application prompts and switch the vehicle ignition off and on yourself. Vehicle flashing does not require the automatic bench-relay setup. Target-data retrieval is a separate function with its own interface testing requirements.
  • Correct wiring and stable power
Use an appropriate regulated bench supply or vehicle programming power supply, and the connection method specified for your ECU.
  • Internet and your customer account
Internet is needed for account access and service communication. Have your assigned calibration and the agreed flash allowance available.

Straight answers

Common questions

What does the free demo include?

The demo removes one agreed, eligible DTC from a supported calibration and lets you flash it to your ECU through the online application, including the verification steps. This is a real ECU flash to test the process and build confidence, not a free package of all requested modifications. We confirm compatibility and the exact change before you begin.

How is the full calibration service priced?

We quote each agreed modification as a service, such as immobilizer delete, supported manual-transmission configuration, throttle response or suitable torque-reduction changes. Your total is based on the complete set of modifications required. We confirm what is supported and provide an itemised quote before proceeding with paid work.

Will you log in to my computer?

No. You control the programming process. We prepare the calibration and provide guidance; we do not take over your desktop to flash the ECU.

Which interface and ignition setup do I need?

A J2534 programming interface is required. Mongoose and OpenPort are currently supported; confirm the exact model and driver for your ECU with us. Vehicle flashing uses manual ignition switching by the customer, not automatic bench relays. Other interfaces can be considered after testing, especially for target-data retrieval. You also need a Windows computer, the Local Bridge, internet access, correct wiring and stable programming power.

Can I use this outside the United States?

Yes, supported customers can use the service worldwide with the correct ECU, Windows computer, interface, power and internet access. Each application and its local requirements must be reviewed first.

Do I have to send my ECU to you?

Not when your ECU and setup are suitable for online programming. If online programming is unsuitable, ask about our workshop ECU service before shipping anything.

Does this let me edit maps or flash any file?

No. This is a guided programming service using the calibration and access agreed for your account. It is not an unrestricted map editor or access to our private calibration library.

What can be changed?

The available work depends on the ECU, calibration and complete application. We review the requested configuration before accepting the job. A software change cannot repair faulty wiring, failed sensors or mechanical problems.

What if a check fails or I need help?

Do not bypass a warning or substitute another calibration. Follow the instructions on screen, keep the equipment in the requested state and contact us with the exact message and ECU details.
